Austin Uzor, born in Imo State, Nigeria, 1991, is a contemporary multimedia artist based in Dallas, Texas. He is currently completing his last semester of the painting and drawing MFA program at the University of North Texas. Uzor’s work investigates the unknown in search of truth and through this exploration "manufactures memories."
"The idea of presence and absence becomes a focus in my work in the process of exploring psychological spaces and alternate realities.
